All the adult cats in our foster care will have been vet checked, neutered, vaccinated, deflead, wormed & microchipped by the time they are rehomed. Kittens of 9 weeks are rehomed with a 1st vaccination and will have had a full vaccination course if rehomed at 13 weeks. For cats under 6 months we need you to agree to get them neutered and microchipped by 6 months of age.
Our adoption fees are £125 for a single kitten under 6 months, £200 for a pair of kittens under 6 months, £120 for an adult cat and £90 for cats of 10 years and over. We rehome cats as indoor only if they have a disability, are FIV or FeLV positive or are at least 10 years old and show no more interest in going outside.
When applying to adopt a cat, please put the name of the cat in the subject line of your email. If your enquiry is more general and you are looking for a type of cat, for instance an older cat, an indoor only cat, a cat with a disability or special needs, or a pair of cats or kittens, please put this in the subject line.
Buju and Banton
Buju and Banton
Buju and Banton are brothers from the same litter and raised together. They have never spent a day apart. They often play together and groom each other.
Banton loves to cuddle, especially during night time, and his favourite thing is drinking from a water fountain. He can be super playful at times, often getting the zoomies; or chasing a small mouse shaped toy. He likes to sleep on warm soft places like a bed or sofa.
Buju is very active and affectionate. He has a very curious nature and always first explore. He’s very good at hiding, the darker the better. He also likes to come onto the bed and sofa for cuddling or sleeping.
Both cats are very used to being handled and very well tempered, although Buju prefers the ‘I come to you’ approach. We would advise lots of praise, treats and 1-1 playtime to build trust.
Banton may show signs of anxiety whilst adjusting to new things or surroundings so don’t be surprised if he’s super shy at the very beginning. Your patience will be rewarded when he becomes super affectionate once he settles.
It’s also worth noting Banton is slow eater (2 times a day), preferring dry food. However, he has been raised on a on combination of a raw food diet as kibble. Buju is an excellent eater, enjoying mostly a high protein diet of raw food (3 tins a day). He will also eat dry food in between meals but has been fed tuna/salmon loins for a balanced diet.
Both boys are neutered and microchipped. They are looking for their furever home together.
