Contact Feline Friends London
Feline Friends London is run by 100% volunteers with full-time jobs away from the charity. Whilst every effort is made to respond to your communications as soon as possible, things can get quite busy. Please also be easily available by phone, especially if you are asking us to help rehome your cat, as this helps the rehoming process. Your understanding is appreciated.
When contacting us, please provide your full address, your postcode, and a contact number. This enables us to respond to you more quickly. Thank you.
Looking to Adopt
We receive a lot of applications from people wishing to adopt our cats and kittens. Unfortunately, this means that our volunteers are not always able to respond to every application we receive. We hope that you can understand that we do our best, that we appreciate your kindness in offering a home for our cats, and that the welfare of our cats is at the forefront of our minds at all times.
All applications should be emailed directly to: felinefriendslondon@gmail.com
If you are interested in a cat that is listed on our website, please email us with the name of the cat in the subject line. If you want to register your interest in kittens or to be added to our list for new cats as they become known to us, please email us with ‘Kittens’ or the type of cat you are looking for in the subject line. We will keep your details and contact you if a suitable cat is identified.
PLEASE ENSURE THE FOLLOWING:
Your email must contain your full postal address and contact number.
Your email should have the cat’s name that you are applying to adopt, or the type of cat you’re interested in, in the subject line.
Please tell us about yourself, why you wish to adopt a cat, or a specific cat, and about your home set-up: who lives in the home, how often people are at home, any outside space, your experience with cats, etc.
Looking to Foster
If you are looking to become a volunteer fosterer with Feline Friends London, please visit our Fostering page and use the application form linked there.
Please only apply if you are serious about fostering and able to commit to providing a safe and loving temporary home to cats in need. Check your spam folder so you don’t miss one of our volunteers getting in touch.
Rehome a Cat
If you are a cat owner who can no longer look after your cat, or if you have taken in a stray or abandoned cat but cannot keep him/her, we may be able to help you safely rehome the cat.
There is no charge for our rehoming service; however, Feline Friends London would appreciate a suggested donation of £50 to help support the work we do.
If you have a cat who requires rehoming, please register the details on our Rehoming page after carefully reading the information provided there:
Please note that we are unfortunately unable to consider temporary fostering requests at this time. Depending on your circumstances, we recommend you look into Cats Protection's Lifeline for those fleeing domestic abuse, Mayhew’s Pet Refuge, providing shelter and care for the pets of people in crisis, and The Cinnamon Trust’s Short Term Fostering for pets whose owners face a spell in hospital.
For emergencies, please call this number or send a message via our contact form below:
