Contact Us
Feline Friends London is run by 100% volunteers with full-time jobs away from the charity. Whilst every effort is made to respond to your communications as soon as possible, things can get quite busy.
For Adoption- or Fostering-related enquiries, please follow the instructions on the Adoption and Fostering pages. For urgent enquiries, please call the number below the contact form. For general rehoming requests, please see the information further below.
Rescue and Urgent Enquiries
Please call 07786 380 572 to talk to us only for non-adoption calls, e.g., cats needing urgent rehoming, stray or feral cats, pregnant cats, mums and kittens, sick or injured cats, or missing cats during these times:
10 am to 7 pm – Thursday, Saturday, Sunday
7 pm to 9 pm – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
At all other times, please leave a voicemail (or send a message via our contact form above), and we will aim to get back to you within 48 hours.
Please note that we have a very small team, all of whom are volunteers, so please be patient with us. We really appreciate your kindness and compassion in wanting to give a loving home to a rescue cat or kitten, which is the ultimate goal of our rescue work.
Rehoming a Cat
If you are a cat owner who can no longer look after your cat, or if you have taken in a stray or abandoned cat but cannot keep him/her, we may be able to help you safely rehome the cat.
There is no charge for our rehoming service; however, Feline Friends London would appreciate a suggested donation of £50 to help support the work we do.
If you have a cat who requires rehoming, please register the details on our Rehoming page after carefully reading the information provided there:
We are over capacity and regret having to temporarily suspend general rehoming requests. If you have a cat in urgent need of help, please contact us using one of the options above.
Please note that we are unable to consider temporary fostering requests. Depending on your circumstances, we recommend you look into Cats Protection's Lifeline for those fleeing domestic abuse, Mayhew’s Pet Refuge, providing shelter and care for the pets of people in crisis, and The Cinnamon Trust’s Short Term Fostering for pets whose owners face a spell in hospital.
Request to Be Purged from Our Records
If you have previously submitted your personal details to Feline Friends London and now wish for those details to be purged, please submit the email address you used to register below.
