Adopt a Cat from Feline Friends London
All the adult cats in our foster care will have been vet-checked, neutered, vaccinated, deflead, wormed, and microchipped by the time they are rehomed. Kittens of 9 weeks are rehomed with a first vaccination and will have had a full vaccination course if rehomed at 13 weeks. For cats under 6 months, we need you to agree to get them neutered and microchipped by 6 months of age.
Our adoption fees are £125 for a single kitten under 6 months, £200 for a pair of kittens under 6 months, £120 for an adult cat, and £90 for cats of 10 years and over. We rehome cats as indoor-only if they have a disability, are FIV or FeLV positive, or are at least 10 years old and show no interest in going outside.
When applying to adopt a cat, please put the name of the cat in the subject line of your email. If your enquiry is more general and you are looking for a type of cat, for instance, an older cat, an indoor-only cat, a cat with a disability or special needs, or a pair of cats or kittens, please put this in the subject line.
Meet the Cats Looking for New Homes
Drogi
Drogi
Drogi is a gentle and affectionate orange cat who has shown incredible resilience and loyalty after losing his home and sense of security.
After his beloved owner passed away in March, Drogi was left without a home and spent weeks howling outside a neighbour’s door, searching for comfort. Since then, Drogi has been spending time in a nearby garden, frightened and alone. He was often attacked by other cats, which left wounds and scabs all over his body, but luckily, they are healing well.
He was fed and eventually taken in by residents of a block of flats looking out into the garden where he hung out, who set out to find out his story with the help of Feline Friends London.
At first shy and cautious, he’s since shown just how much he loves human company. Once welcomed indoors, he quickly relaxed and revealed his softer side, enjoying strokes, curling up nearby, and purring contentedly.
Drogi is clearly used to being around people and thrives on gentle attention. He’s looking for a calm, loving home where he can feel safe again and form a new bond with someone who will be home often and treasure him as much as his previous owner did.
He is used to being able to go outside and would love a home with easy access to a garden. He's great with other cats as long as they are not aggressive towards him, happily playing with his rescuer’s indoor cat.
