Adopt a Cat from Feline Friends London
Our adoption fees are £125 for a single kitten under 6 months, £200 for a pair of kittens under 6 months, £120 for an adult cat, and £90 for cats of 10 years and over.
All adult cats in our foster care will have been vet-checked, neutered, fully vaccinated, deflead, dewormed, and microchipped by the time they are rehomed. Kittens of 9 weeks are rehomed with a first vaccination and will have had a full vaccination course if rehomed at 13 weeks. For cats under 6 months, we need you to agree to get them neutered and microchipped by 6 months of age, which can be arranged through us.
Cats rehomed directly from their current owner or carer are assessed for their health, but may not have been neutered, fully vaccinated, deflead, dewormed, or microchipped by the time they are rehomed. If this is the case with a cat you would like to adopt, we need you to agree to get them neutered and microchipped, which can be arranged through us.
Please read about our adoption process before applying to adopt a cat (listed further below):
If you are interested in a cat that is listed on our website, please email us with the name of the cat in the subject line. If you want to register your interest in kittens or to be added to our list for new cats as they become known to us, please email us with the type of cat you are looking for in the subject line. We will keep your details and contact you if a suitable cat is identified.
At this time, all applications should be emailed directly to: felinefriendslondon@gmail.com
Please ensure the following:
Your email must contain your full postal address and contact number.
Your email should have the cat’s name that you are applying to adopt, or the type of cat you’re interested in, in the subject line.
Please tell us about yourself, why you wish to adopt a cat, or a specific cat, and about your home set-up: who lives in the home, how often people are at home, any outside space, your experience with cats, etc.
We receive a lot of applications from people wishing to adopt our cats and kittens. Unfortunately, this means that our volunteers are not always able to respond to every application we receive. We hope that you can understand that we do our best, that we appreciate your kindness in offering a home for our cats, and that the welfare of our cats is at the forefront of our minds at all times.
Meet the Cats Looking for New Homes
Larry, Jake & Suggs
Larry, Jake & Suggs
Three brothers, twelve weeks old, and already a little band of troublemakers! Meet Larry, Suggs and Jake, a gorgeous trio of kittens full of curiosity, cuddles and plenty of wrestling practice.
These boys are part of a family of eleven who were sadly abandoned when their carer's neighbour moved away. Thankfully, they've since been cared for indoors by a dedicated carer, and now they're ready to find loving forever homes where they can continue to grow, explore and let their little personalities blossom.
Fully weaned and full of beans, the boys love a good fuss just as much as they love getting up to mischief. Their favourite activities include perfecting their professional wrestling moves on one another, chasing each other through cardboard boxes and, of course, completely destroying a perfectly good toilet roll. Fancy toys? Not necessarily. Give them a cardboard box, a little ball, some string or a piece of paper, and they're perfectly happy!
They're also incredibly inquisitive and love getting involved in whatever their human is doing. They haven't had much experience around lots of people yet, having been raised indoors with one main carer, but they're still young and have plenty of time to build confidence in their new surroundings. They're not particularly chatty boys, although you'll hear the occasional squeak when dinner is served — and one of them is already finding his voice!
The brothers have a lovely balance of energy and affection. They'll happily spend ages chasing, wrestling and running around together before eventually collapsing into a big, fluffy pile for a well-earned nap. They're still learning about the world and finding their feet, so they'll need patient, understanding humans who can give them the time and space to settle in at their own pace.
Larry is very much his own man and a bit of a cheeky lad. He loves wrestling with his brothers, especially Suggs, and is always up for a bit of rough-and-tumble play. But underneath all that boyish energy is a real softie who loves a good tummy rub and gentle affection. He's happy to play hard and be loved just as hard!
Suggs is the little show-off of the group. He loves getting attention from his human and is often the one instigating play with his brothers. He's also first in line when the food arrives — priorities, obviously! He's just starting to discover his meow and is currently the loudest of the trio. Whatever his brothers are up to, Suggs will be right there in the middle of it.
Jake is the smallest of the brothers, but don't let that fool you! He loves racing around with the others, although he's also quite happy to sit back occasionally and watch his brothers' wrestling matches unfold. He's a fan of tummy rubs, fluffy balls, bits of string and anything made of paper. A little observer with a playful side, Jake has plenty of charm of his own.
All three boys are litter-trained, healthy and have received their first vaccinations. They've lived indoors so far and haven't experienced the outside world, although they do love gazing out of the window at everything going on beyond it. Their new environment will be a whole new adventure, and we're excited to see their personalities continue to develop as they grow in confidence.
Larry, Suggs and Jake are looking for loving homes where they can enjoy all the fun, comfort and security that every kitten deserves. Whether they're chasing a ball, investigating a cardboard box or snuggling up after a manic play session, these boys are sure to bring plenty of joy into their humans' lives.
