Adopt a Cat from Feline Friends London
All the adult cats in our foster care will have been vet-checked, neutered, vaccinated, deflead, wormed, and microchipped by the time they are rehomed. Kittens of 9 weeks are rehomed with a first vaccination and will have had a full vaccination course if rehomed at 13 weeks. For cats under 6 months, we need you to agree to get them neutered and microchipped by 6 months of age.
Our adoption fees are £125 for a single kitten under 6 months, £200 for a pair of kittens under 6 months, £120 for an adult cat, and £90 for cats of 10 years and over. We rehome cats as indoor-only if they have a disability, are FIV or FeLV positive, or are at least 10 years old and show no interest in going outside.
When applying to adopt a cat, please put the name of the cat in the subject line of your email. If your enquiry is more general and you are looking for a type of cat, for instance, an older cat, an indoor-only cat, a cat with a disability or special needs, or a pair of cats or kittens, please put this in the subject line.
Meet the Cats Looking for New Homes
Leo #2
Leo #2
Leo is an extremely affectionate one-ish-year-old cat who clearly had a home once, but was likely abandoned for whatever reason. He’d been living in his current caregiver’s garden when she noticed he was injured and took him to the vet, and got in touch with Feline Friends London to also have him neutered and microchipped just a few weeks ago. He’s slowly coming to trust her, but her resident cats unfortunately don’t want him around, so she is looking to find him a loving home.
She is keeping Leo safe indoors overnight, but has to leave him in the garden during the day. With a little bit a patience to allow him to adjust to a new environment, he would make an amazing family cat, since he is good around toddlers and has no issues with other cats.
Leo could be Bengal cross, and can be quite vocal, especially when wanting to go outside. He must have a garden where he can wander around, since he has spent a portion of his short life having to live as a stray, which has made him independent with a need to explore and sunbathe outside.
Equally though, he loves nothing more than cuddles at night and big nose bumps. The more he trusts, the more time he will want to spend with his new family. Please get in touch if you would like to take Leo on his next big adventure and offer him a furever home!
