Adopt a Cat from Feline Friends London
Our adoption fees are £125 for a single kitten under 6 months, £200 for a pair of kittens under 6 months, £120 for an adult cat, and £90 for cats of 10 years and over.
All adult cats in our foster care will have been vet-checked, neutered, fully vaccinated, deflead, dewormed, and microchipped by the time they are rehomed. Kittens of 9 weeks are rehomed with a first vaccination and will have had a full vaccination course if rehomed at 13 weeks. For cats under 6 months, we need you to agree to get them neutered and microchipped by 6 months of age, which can be arranged through us.
Cats rehomed directly from their current owner or carer are assessed for their health, but may not have been neutered, fully vaccinated, deflead, dewormed, or microchipped by the time they are rehomed. If this is the case with a cat you would like to adopt, we need you to agree to get them neutered and microchipped, which can be arranged through us.
Please read about our adoption process before applying to adopt a cat (listed further below):
If you are interested in a cat that is listed on our website, please email us with the name of the cat in the subject line. If you want to register your interest in kittens or to be added to our list for new cats as they become known to us, please email us with the type of cat you are looking for in the subject line. We will keep your details and contact you if a suitable cat is identified.
At this time, all applications should be emailed directly to: felinefriendslondon@gmail.com
Please ensure the following:
Your email must contain your full postal address and contact number.
Your email should have the cat’s name that you are applying to adopt, or the type of cat you’re interested in, in the subject line.
Please tell us about yourself, why you wish to adopt a cat, or a specific cat, and about your home set-up: who lives in the home, how often people are at home, any outside space, your experience with cats, etc.
We receive a lot of applications from people wishing to adopt our cats and kittens. Unfortunately, this means that our volunteers are not always able to respond to every application we receive. We hope that you can understand that we do our best, that we appreciate your kindness in offering a home for our cats, and that the welfare of our cats is at the forefront of our minds at all times.

Meet Sabzi – Your Tiny Shadow with the Biggest Heart
Looking for a best friend who will greet you at the door, keep you company while you work, and fill your home with gentle purrs? This beautiful young mama has done an incredible job raising her three kittens, and now it's finally her turn to be spoiled. Sabzi is ready to leave motherhood behind and enjoy the carefree life she deserves with a family all her own.
Sabzi is one of the friendliest cats you'll ever meet. She settled into her foster home quickly, happily greets every visitor, and has formed strong bonds with her foster family. While she's not a lap cat, she'll be your loyal little shadow. Whether you're making dinner or relaxing for the evening, Sabzi simply wants to be wherever you are.
She especially loves shared mealtimes. She doesn't want what's on your plate—she just enjoys having you sit with her while she eats. It's one of the many sweet little routines that make her such a special companion. Playtime is another favourite! Her top choice is a ribbon or string toy, but she's also a fan of fuzzy balls, bouncy balls, and catnip toys. She has a playful, youthful spirit that's just beginning to shine now that her kittens are growing up. When she's not playing, you'll often find her peacefully watching the world from her window perch, quietly keeping an eye on everything while making sure you're close by.
One of Sabzi's most charming features is her adorable little squeaky bird-like chirp, which she uses to say hello and let you know she's happy. She loves giving affectionate headbutts, happily accepts kisses on her forehead, and rewards your company with the sweetest purrs.
Sabzi is wonderfully well-mannered. She's immaculate with her litter box, drinks happily from a water fountain, and has excellent house habits. She currently enjoys dry food throughout the day along with wet food two or three times daily. As she's recovering from pregnancy and nursing, she's also receiving a daily probiotic mixed into her food, which she eats without hesitation and has been helping keep her tummy happy. Because Sabzi adores people so much, she'd thrive in a home where she can be the centre of someone's world. She would love a family with plenty of time to share affection and companionship, and her gentle, calm nature could even make her a wonderful therapy cat. She doesn't enjoy being picked up for long, but she's perfectly content curled up beside you.
If you're looking for a devoted companion who will brighten every day with chirps, headbutts, playful antics, and endless affection, Sabzi is waiting to meet you. Could you be her happily ever after?
